Vinification : Traditional in thermoregulated vats

 

Aging : 14 months in concrete tanks then 6 months in barrels of 1 wine

 

Elaboration: With the help of Jean-Luc Zuger, owner of Château Malescot Saint-Exupéry, 3rd Grand Cru Classé of Margaux.

 

Tasting :

Color : Deep garnet color

Nose : Nose of ripe black fruit on a spicy background

Palate : Quite fleshy attack, evolution and finish
much more supple, with a fruity sensation that quickly gains maturity over the mouth

 

Serving temperature : 17-18 ° C

 

Alcohol percentage : 14%

 

Food / wine pairing : This subtle and complex wine can be tasted during a good meal with all types of grilled meats (beef, duck), poultry or cold meats (terrines, Médoc granary), and soft cheeses (Petit Basque, or sheep cheese in general).

The whole of the buildings is on the croup of a hill which offers a view on the territory of Entre-deux-Mers.
