Elaboration: With the help of Jean-Luc Zuger, owner of Château Malescot Saint-Exupéry, 3rd Grand Cru Classé of Margaux.

 

Tasting :

Color : Deep garnet color

Nose : Nose of ripe black fruit on a spicy background

Palate : Quite fleshy attack, evolution and finish
much more supple, with a fruity sensation that quickly gains maturity over the mouth

 

Serving temperature : 17-18 ° C

 

Alcohol percentage : 13.5%

 

Food / wine pairing : This subtle and complex wine can be tasted during a good meal with all types of grilled meats (beef, duck), poultry or cold meats (terrines, Médoc granary), and soft cheeses (Petit Basque, or sheep cheese in general).
